Postdoc Spring School in Geometry and Mathematical Physics
Prior to the Hausdorff Center trimester program in Geometry and Physics, Graham Smith and Tomoo Matsumura are organizing the so called Postdoc Spring School in Geometry and Mathematical Physics at the MPIM.
In their own words, the aim of the courses will be “introduce various fields at the interface between geometry and physics; focus will be on explaining conceptually difficult subjects in as clear a manner as possible”.
Temptative date for the program is April 7th-11th 2008, if you are even remotely interested in it, just drop a line, or stand close enough to Graham for more than 30 seconds and he’ll get you involved…
